Common problems include board layout, electronic component damage, line short circuit, and meta-devices. The quality, PCB circuit board breaks are not a few.

  Common PCB circuit board problems are mainly concentrated on the meta-devices, such as capacitors, resistors, inductors, diodes, triodes, FETs, etc., the integrated chip and the crystal oscillator are significantly damaged, and the method of distinguishing these meta-devices is relatively intuitive.   Of course, not all electronic components can be damaged by the naked eye. For example, the resistors, capacitors, and diodes mentioned above are damaged in some cases. Commonly used viewing has: multimeter, capacitance meter, etc., when detecting the voltage or current of a certain electronic component equipment is not within the normal scale, clarify that there is a problem with the meta-device or the former one-yuan equipment, and directly replace it to see if it is normal.

In fact, in this situation, many time points are in the installation process of the meta-equipment. Due to the problem of harmonious operation of various meta-equipment, there may be performance instability.

  In this situation, the instrument is now unable to help the effect. It can be tested according to the current and voltage to determine the size of the fault, and to minimize it. Engineers who have experience may be able to quickly identify the fault area, but the specific yuan equipment is bad. However, it cannot be 100% confirmed. The only method is to test the replacement of suspicious components until the problem component is found. Last year, my notebook motherboard was flooded.
