  One,the structure of single-sided aluminum substrate

  The structure of single-sided aluminum-based copper-clad laminate is composed of copper foil,dielectric layer,metal aluminum plate and protective film.His structure is divided into four layers.

  Copper foil layer:equal to the general single-sided PCB polyimide film layer,generally undergoes screen printing and etching process to produce PCB circuit board,which promotes the connection of each component of the component.Under normal circumstances,the power circuit layer is required to have a very large current-carrying working capacity,and then thick copper foil should be used,with a thickness of(10z-100z)

  Medium layer:

  The dielectric layer is the key technology of the aluminum substrate.It can be stored in three media methods:a,dielectric layer,foil,glass cloth,dry solid piece,just like the dielectric layer laminated by the double-layer PCB board,the base thermal conductivity is low,and the heat transfer coefficient rate High;b.The dielectric layer is made of unique high polymer composition filled with industrial ceramics.The heat transfer coefficient is small and the viscoelastic performance is high.It has the ability to work with thermal resistance and can bear high mechanical equipment and welding stress.Its thickness is 50~150Um;C,the way of mixing semi-dry solid sheet with plating structure.

  Metal material aluminum substrate

  The metal material aluminum substrate adopts the metal material pure aluminum or the metal material aluminum alloy profile as the carrier of the prefabricated member of the support point,which specifies high thermal conductivity,suitable for basic mechanical processing such as drilling,slitting and laser cutting,and its thickness is more than 0.8~6.0Um.

  Protective film
